Who should attend?

Participants of entry level module or graduates with 2-5 years’ work experience and go through competency assessment.

By the end of the course participants will be able to:

    • Apply the planning concept in your life (personal / business)
    • Assess their External and Internal Environments
    • Develop a full understanding of their current status at different functional levels
    • Set a destination – Objectives in line with the Business Strategy
    • Formulate a Solid Action Plan for moving from A to B encompassing functional specializations
    • Understand how to use a range of tools and techniques to assist in planning and prioritising your workload
