Recruitment Officer

To work successfully with clients to build up work relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements. To focus on personal sales targets, new business development and trouble shooting on problem or key markets. May have specialized within a certain industry in order to gain a high level of expertise to meet client company’s needs and to promote organization recruitment service.

Job responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Officer is responsible for attracting candidates
  • To build up solid working relationships with clients to attract business from client companies.
  • To locatepotential candidates.
  • To utilize marketing, sales and networking techniques to attract business
  • Screening applicants and conducting interviews
  • Keeping both clients and applicants satisfied

Education and Experience

  • Obtain a bachelor’s degree within a field such as business or human resources or related fields
  • Minimum of Two to Four years of experience in the Human Resources field
